THE 5 STEP PROCESS OF BECOMING A CLIENT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (CSP)
1. Create a simple Profile.
2. Sign the non-disclosure agreement.
3. You will be asked What Call Center will you be working for? Input our EIN: 464254517
4. Complete the registration
Please write down your CSP ID and Password as you will always need this to enter the portal, this also allows you to see the list of clients available as well as get information on classes, deadlines and sign-up periods, incentives and more. We will be notified once you are done and respond to your request, you will then have to log back into the portal and complete the process on your end.
Once you are inside the portal and in the first stages of your registration you will be able to see a list of clients available. You can click on the Opportunity Announcement flyer and view the client, type of job, your role, mandatory hours and days, technical requirements and more. This gives you an idea of the basic job scope.
Please note we have several clients and once classes are full they will disappear temporarily from the portal but will return as needs to fill agent roles become available. Some clients are year round and some are seasonal.
The opportunities are eclectic which allows agents who want to work with different industries the opportunity to service as such. Eg. Travel and Home Improvement
Certification courses
When you pick a Client Opportunity, you will enroll in a certification course that will prepare you to support the client project you selected and prepare you for success in servicing the client you choose. Courses can be as short as 2 weeks, or as long as 5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the client opportunity you’re interested in.
Before you can service with a client, you must pass an assessments, technical/pc check, a background check and for some clients a drug test.
The background check and drug test are free. Some client certification courses will have a fee.
Please note:
- If you have a FREEZE ON YOUR CREDIT, please remove the Freeze from EXPERIAN at least 24 hours prior to submitting a background check. This process takes approximately 1-7 business days to complete and results are delivered by email.
Before conducting the Technical/PC check PLEASE DISABLE ANY POP-UP BLOCKERS and any VIRUS PROTECTION software. Otherwise your computer will fail and you will have to redo the test again.
YOU ARE ABLE TO SET YOUR OWN SCHEDULE HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING
Hours are available on a “first come, first serve” basis, so it is beneficial to select servicing intervals (which are 30-minute increments) as soon as possible. More servicing intervals are available during a client’s peak demand period. Please be sure to review the Opportunity Announcement (OA) for the client program you are interested in servicing.

- If you must search by company name use: Eclectic Link LLC or search by IBO#: 60237
