AM I an employee with benefits?
No. Through the Arise Network we provide not jobs or employment but Arise projects which are exciting work opportunities.

You are hired as a 1099 sub- contractor with Eclectic Link LLC to provide services to Arise clients. You are responsible for filing your own taxes and home office write-offs where applicable (Consult an accountant if you feel it's necessary).

You will receive a 1099 from us when you have earned more than $600 for the year. We do not deduct federal or state taxes from your earnings, you are also responsible for providing your own health and dental insurance, are responsible for maintaining your own workstation, pay for your own internet, software and applicable fees for services we provide which allow you the opportunity to work from home.

AM I ELIGIBLE?

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be fluent in English, Spanish or French
  • Be willing to do a background check (Arise does not allow anyone to service a client program who was convicted, pled guilty, pled no contest, or had adjudication withheld to any felony or certain misdemeanor charges; including but not limited to theft, fraud, identity theft, or other similar violations.)
  • Be willing to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week and maybe 1-2 weekend days
  • Be willing to be professional and work the scheduled hours chosen to maintain a good SOW
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Computers: Including but not limited to being able to use a mouse, keyboard, be able to turn on and shut down a computer properly, understand how to navigate a computer's files and desktop environment, know how to create, name, save and delete files and folders, functional knowledge of programs including how to launch and close a program, understand how to use e-mails including sending and opening e-mail, knowledge of how to use the Internet, including navigating to a site and using search engines like google, have the ability to navigate through multiple screens.
requirements for my home office setup
You are responsible for setting up, paying for and maintaining your own quiet home office/space which includes having your own computer, telephone headset, hard wired telephone line. You will be required to obtain, configure and maintain your own workstation.
  • COMPUTER - CSP's must have a compatible Laptop or Desktop computer 
          - Windows 7,  Windows 8 or MAC OS  based on Client requirements, verify during admissions and setup
  • HARD WIRED TELEPHONE  - Dedicated POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) line or or VOIP/Digital Phone Service/Cable Telephony. Dedicated line must not have any special features such as call waiting, caller ID, voice messaging/answering machines, or fax services. You will need to  have this dedicated land-line in place by the time you start your first client certification course. No cell phones or Soft phones allowed.
  • HARD WIRED HIGH SPEED INTERNET - Broadband, Cable or DSL internet service. Dial-Up, Wireless,and Satellite internet services are strictly prohibited.
  • USB HEADSET WITH MICROPHONE and KEYPAD - Required for Production. Logitech, Plantronics, Microsoft or similar brands Recommended.
  • VOIP HEADSET - this is allowed for Certification Courses only. Recommended
  • HOME OFFICE / SPACE - CSP's need to a DESK with comfortable space, COMFORTABLE chair and PROPER LIGHTING
  • QUIET LOCATION - in order to provide professional services to our clients you must have a quiet dedicated area when you are dealing with customers, remember you represent yourself and the company you are servicing
  • HAVE AN ACTIVE GMAIL ACCOUNT - we DO NOT support the following email providers: @yahoo.com, @msn.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com, @outlook.com and @aol.com
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
You are responsible for maintaining the security and reliability of your equipment, i.e. computer, internet  and software configuration.
  • Internet Explorer 8.0 or 9.0
  • Microsoft Security Essentials
  • Security risks that may cause you to be subject to suspension or termination of your MSA and SOW includes using: Unlicensed or pirate software, Malware infected software, Virtualized Operating Systems (i.e. VMWare, Parallels, etc), Non-Arise provided VPN software or Proxy settings, TOR or other privacy software

As a Client Support Professional (CSP), you can certify and work for more than one client to maximize your hours and income earning potential. You choose the area to specialize in and you choose your own clients from our network.

WHAT STATES CAN I WORK IN?
Your job moves with you. You can work in all the states currently allowed. We are currently NOT accepting applicants from the following states: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York and Oregon
are there any fees?
Yes.

We charge a FLAT SERVICE FEE, twice per month; this is only deducted from your gross earnings, when you work and includes the ARISE semi-monthly service fee of $19.75.


START UP COSTS FOR CSP's; ONE TIME FEES

There are initial start-up costs you will have to cover yourself, this includes:
  1. Background Check - $12 -$50 (rates vary depending on your state and the current Arise recommended vendor)
  2. CSP 101 Assessment – $0 - $99 (Military and College Students CSP 101 certification course fees are waived; regular discounts may apply for others (Ask about current promotions)
  3. Client Certification Costs – $4.99 – $300, there are other incredible discounts and special incentives available. (Ask about current promotions) 
Client Certification should be viewed as an investment. In most cases, the cost of the certification class can be recovered in less than 40 hours of servicing. In addition, the cost of the certification class is a ONE-TIME fee and, unlike other certifications such as an insurance or accounting certification, Arise’s clients do not generally require Client Support Professionals to become re-certified on a yearly basis.

The only time you pay for a new Client Certification course is if you choose to work for multiple clients.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY FEES?
These fees are charged to maintain the infrastructure, technology and support system that provides you with the opportunity to work from home while servicing Fortune 500 companies.

HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I MAKE?
What you put in is what you get out.

Some clients pay per minute, per call or hour, depending on the project.

Average rates range between $8-$16 per hour, these rates change per client.

Clients require a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, some may require a few weekend hours; others may have overnight schedules.

Other Incentives may apply depending on Star Rating.
HOW OFTEN WILL I BE PAID?
You are paid twice per month, by Direct Deposit or mailed Check depending on your choice.
HOW CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN HOURS?
Most clients require that you work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, some weekends may apply based on Client needs but you can work in as little as 30-minute intervals and WORK around your life and what's important to you.

You must, however, schedule and work the required number of hours you set.
