IS this a real work from home opportunity?

Eclectic Link LLC established a business-to-business partnership in 2013, using the Arise® Platform, a virtual telephony and technology platform to connect remote work-at-home service professionals, who provides customer support services in a call center environment to Fortune 500, Fortune 1000 and other large companies. Together we provide legitimate work from home opportunities in the areas of Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support, and Chat. There are also opportunities for agents who are Bi-Lingual primarily fluent in Spanish and French.
AM I an employee with benefits?
This is not an offer of employment. You are hired as a 1099 contractor and will receive a 1099 from us after you have earned more than $600 for the year.

AM I ELIGIBLE to work?
Please Note: We are currently NOT hiring new or returning agents that reside within California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.
- Must be a US citizen or legal resident who resides in the United States
- Be 18 years or older
- Must be able to pass a Background check (please remove any Freeze from your credit report at least 24 hours prior to completing the background test)
- Must be able to pass a drug test (may be required by some clients, refer to the Opportunity Announcement for more information)
- Must be fluent in English.
- If hired on to service for bi-lingual opportunities you must be fluent in that language, eg. Spanish or French
- Must be willing to work the minimum required hours per your SOW eg. 15 hours per week (Some clients may require that you service some hours on a weekend. However because you are able to work in 30 minute increments you can split the hours eg. 4 hours on Sat and/or Sunday and/or work on a holiday during peak time. - TELEPHONE LINE (some clients require a dedicated POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) line or or VOIP/Digital Phone Service/Cable Telephony. Please refer to the Opportunity Announcement.
- QUIET LOCATION - in order to provide professional services to our clients you must have a quiet dedicated area when you are dealing with customers, remember you represent yourself and the company you are servicing

WHAT STATES CAN I WORK IN?
Your job moves with you. You can work in all the states currently allowed. We are currently NOT accepting new or returning applicants that reside in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.
what is the monthly service fees?
There is a platform usage service fee of $39.50 per month. This is broken down and collected per pay period resulting in a mandatory deduction of $19.57 per pay period. This fee is required for use of the infrastructure provided that allows you to work from home for each client and allows includes the Arise 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and StarMatic® scheduling system. Other benefits include access to a support team that works with you while you are online taking live calls and dealing with customers in a real time environment.

These fees are charged to maintain the infrastructure, technology and support system that provides you with the opportunity to work from home while servicing Fortune 500 companies.

HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I MAKE?
Service revenue is paid twice a month via direct deposit to your bank account. Terms of compensation is agreed upon before you choose a client to service, this way you know your rate of pay.
Please refer to the Statement of Work which shows how the client will pay i.e. pay per minute, per call or per hour

There are also incentive periods that will increase your earning potential and other incentives may apply depending on your Star Rating, etc.. All clients have a minimum required set of hours that you will be required to work eg. 15 hours per week and may include some hours on the weekend (because you work in 30 minute increments you can split the hours worked

HOW CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN HOURS?
To remain in good standing with your Statement of Work you should only choose hours you know you can work. You should work the scheduled hours you selected or make a request for exchanging or dropping the hours prior to time scheduled for servicing. Keep in mind that your Commitment Adherence may be affected.
- Hours are available on a “first come, first serve” basis, so it is beneficial to select servicing intervals as soon as they come available. Service intervals are broken down in 30-minute increments.
- Certain client programs have specific servicing hour requirements, which will be detailed in the Opportunity Announcement. For example, some client programs require weekend servicing or servicing on certain holidays.
- As a top performer, you will receive first choice of hours for example new hours for the upcoming week are released on a Wednesday; as a top performer you may access to hours available on Tuesday prior to hours being posted for the general agent group.
- Keep in mind even if you do not get 'early access', there are often many available hours including notices about 'urgent required hour's that you will be able to take advantage of. You can also use the convenient Starmatic Mobile App which allows you to log in and see available hours, drop or swap hours that better suit your schedule while on the go.
